【Abstract】 Vietnam once subordinated China for about one thousand years in the history,After the independence,however ,it also maintained the ancestor fence relations with China for about one thousand years long time.In addition Chinese interior’s reasons,a lot of Chinese people migrated Vietnam,and then,became the vietnamese Chinese people.The Vietnamese Chinese people made the tremendous contribution for Vietnam’s development with other Vietnamese nationalities.After World warⅡ,the Vietnamese Chinese people’s social condition once became the Chinese and Vietnamese relation’s“barometer”. Vietnam carried on the anti-France war and the anti-America war in 1950s and 1960s successively, and it cannot win without China in the economical and military aid. So during this time Chinese and Vietnamese relation was keeping a kind of“honeymoon”stage.Therefore the Vietnamese Chinese people were also treated by the Vietnamese government quite high,regardless jobs or life .But,as a result of the geopolitics and national interest’s reason,especially Soviet Union’s involvement,the difference of Chinese Party and Vietnamese Party was specially getting bigger and bigger .Along with Comrade Ho Chi Minh’s death in 1969 and north Vietnam and south Vietnam unified completely in 1975.The Vietnamese government’s anti-China and elimination of China’s manner was bright gradually.The Chinese and Vietnamese relation burst,straightly resorted to arms in 1979.Therefore during this time,the Vietnamese Chinese people experienced for this both spiritual and the wealth catastrope, and their political status henceforth suffered a disastrous decline.In the 1980s ,Vietnamese economy almost collapsed,and degenerated into one of the poorest nations in the world.so VCP“Six Representative assembly”had to formulate the innovation open policy. And they also proposed Vietnam’s nation policy and national work should revolve to innovation as well as developping economy to make the adjustment,Hereafter,the Vietnamese Chinese people’s difficult situation had the change for better.Today,along with the completion of Vietnamese Chinese people localization,the Vietnamese Chinese people’s problem in Chinese and Vietnamese relation is not sensitive issue any longer.More importantly, mainland China、Hong Kong、Macaco、Taiwan and Singapore invest in Vietnam enlargely unceasingly,the Vietnamese Chinese people are playing a vital role both in attracting foreign capital and developing Vietnamese economy.Especially,after the Chinese and Vietnamese relation was restored normally in 1991,the Vietnamese Chinese people were playing the bridge role which cannot substitute in the Chinese and Vietnamese economy,politics ,the interflow and cooperation of culture.
